Find Rugby Now (FRN) is thrilled to be hosting its 10th annual rugby 7s tournament at the beautiful Wasps Rugby Club in West London. Formerly known as FRN 7s, this year's LIT 7s festival is going to be better than ever!

With over 15,000 people watching the previous livestream and a record crowd last year, we are thrilled to be back again!

This year's tournament will welcome both social and competitive teams alike, including over 50 men's and women's rugby 7s teams. Four competitions will be run on the day:

• Men's Open
• Men's Social
• Women's Open
• Women's Social

Along with the rugby, there is also plenty of entertainment for players and spectators alike, including performances from the official FRN cheerleaders, a variety of musical entertainment including DJ Mista Mojo, the Red Bull team, face painting, Pimms & Lemonade, delicious food and snack stalls, pitch-side bars + more!
