Find Rugby Now (FRN) is thrilled to be hosting its 9th annual rugby 7s tournament at the beautiful Wasps Rugby Club in West London. Formerly known as FRN 7s, this year's LIT 7s festival is going to be better than ever!

With over 15,000 people watching the live streaming or on catch up last year, we are thrilled to announce that this year the Festival will once again be live streamed!

We are also thrilled to announce that LIT 7s has been selected by the RFU to take part in the Sevens Series and will serve as a Local Qualifier for teams to gain points for a chance to compete at the National Finals for the title of the best men's and women's 7s teams in the country.

This year's tournament will welcome both social and competitive teams alike, including over 50 men's and women's rugby 7s teams and men's 10s team. Five competitions will be run on the day:

• Men's Open
• Men's Social
• Women's Open
• Women's Social
• Men's 10s

Along with the rugby, there is also plenty of entertainment for players and spectators alike, including performances from the official FRN cheerleaders, a variety of musical entertainment including DJ Mista Mojo, the Red Bull team, face painting, Pimms & Lemonade, delicious food and snack stalls, pitch-side bars + more!

WATCH ELITE AND AMATEUR TEAMS BATTLE IT OUT

The festival will feature Elite, Open and Social divisions for both men's and women's rugby sevens, which will provide something for everyone - from seasoned professionals to social drinking teams! The festival will also again welcome men's rugby tens teams who want a more social day out.
